By downloading, installing or using Dripychat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dripychat. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover you are under 18, your account will be terminated immediately.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dripychat.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or for any other reason is prohibited.

Dripychat is strictly a communication and discovery platform. We are not responsible for any financial transactions, transfers, gifts or agreements made between users. We strongly advise never sending money to people you have not met in person and verified independently. Dripychat will never ask you to send money on behalf of another user.
You retain ownership of all content you post on Dripychat. By posting content, you grant Dripychat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
We may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Dripychat offers optional paid premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Dripychat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that any connections, matches or interactions will result in any outcome.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Meeting in person with other users is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dripychat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
